  • Payment is due at the time of the appointment.

    I currently accept Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blueshield, Aetna and Cigna health insurance through Headway (a secure third-party platform that handles insurance billing and payment processing).

    I can provide superbills (statements of services/receipts) for you to submit to your insurance provider to attempt full or partial reimbursement for therapy services. My therapy services would be submitted as an “out-of-network” claim.

  • I offer a limited number of slots for reduced rates to support access to care. Please contact me if you would like to discuss a sliding scale rate.
